Notice to the Public

Notice is hereby given that I have completed the listing of all property in the Parish of Beauregard and have estimated the value for assessment purposes thereon, and that said listings will be exposed in my office, for public inspection, for a period of 15 days beginning August 17, 2026 and ending August 31, 2026. Any taxpayer desiring to examine his assessment is required to call my office during said 15-day period.

Please Note: You must submit all information concerning the value of your property to your Assessor before the deadline for filing an appeal with the Board of Review. The failure to submit such information may prevent you from relying on that information should you protest your value.

    1. A motion was made to adopt the millage rate of 4.410 mills for the Assessment District of Beauregard Parish, LA for the year 2026.
    2. An opportunity for Public Comment was given. No one was present to make a public comment.
    3. A vote was taken and the millage of 4.410 mills was adopted by the Assessment District for Beauregard Parish, LA by the following votes: Yeas: 1, Nays: 0, Abstained: 0, Absent: 0.
    4. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
